Job Title: Africana Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional African dishes, ensuring authentic taste and presentation.
• Plan menus that reflect diverse African cuisines, considering dietary requirements and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to food safety regulations.
• Source, select, and store quality African ingredients and spices for daily meal preparation.
• Monitor food portions, presentation, and waste control to maintain consistency and minimize loss.
• Ensure all cooking equipment and utensils are properly cleaned, maintained, and safely stored.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Stay updated on new African recipes and culinary trends to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience. 
• Must reside within the axis of ago palace.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
