We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Event Planner / Coordinator

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with event styling and décor teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage project timelines, maintain client records, and provide regular updates.
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and overall event experience.
• Train and mentor junior team members within the client/event service department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event coordination or client service (preferably in events or hospitality).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a team-oriented spirit.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
