Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor with a strong retail background to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer experiences. 
  • The ideal candidate will combine leadership skills with a hands-on approach to meet and exceed store targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily retail store activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
  • Monitor sales performance and drive strategies to achieve or exceed set targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, stock records, and staff performance updates to management.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to monitor team effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales staff when necessary.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.

Salary
N120,000 - 150,000 / Month.
