Job Summary

• Our client in the retail industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in their retail business. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth.
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and suppliers.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years +Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field in retail.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Salary
400,000 / Month.
