The Nigeria Key Populations Health and Rights Network (NKPHRN) is a network of key population-led networks working to promote the rights, respect and dignity of key, vulnerable and marginalized populations in Nigeria. It represents and celebrates the broad and vibrant diversity of key populations (KPS) across all regions of the country. It strives to be fully inclusive of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, health status, physical ability, age, chosen profession, and linguistic, cultural, or religious identity or affiliation.

Job Description

• The Executive Secretary will provide strategic leadership, oversee network operations, and drive the mission of NKPHRN. 
• This role involves high-level stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and program oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of NKPHRN's programs and operations.
• Lead advocacy efforts, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure effective governance, organizational growth, and financial sustainability.
• Represent the organization in national and international forums.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in civil or health sector leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of human rights, policy advocacy, and key population health issues.
• Excellent leadership, fundraising, and partnership-building skills.
