Job Title: Finance / Administration Officer

Job Description

  • The Finance / Administration Officer will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and administrative operations and ensure compliance with donor and network regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements.
  • Oversee administrative functions, procurement, and office management.
  • Support audits and financial accountability processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant financial management tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and administration within an NGO.
  • Knowledge of financial management systems and donor compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other financial tools. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
