The Nigeria Key Populations Health and Rights Network (NKPHRN) is a network of key population-led networks working to promote the rights, respect and dignity of key, vulnerable and marginalized populations in Nigeria. It represents and celebrates the broad and vibrant diversity of key populations (KPS) across all regions of the country. Job Description

• The Finance / Administration Officer will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and administrative operations and ensure compliance with donor and network regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements.
• Oversee administrative functions, procurement, and office management.
• Support audits and financial accountability processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant financial management tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and administration within an NGO.
• Knowledge of financial management systems and donor compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other financial tools. 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
