Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our hospital's catering team.
• This is a key role in ensuring that patients, staff, and visitors are served nutritious, high-quality meals that meet a variety of dietary and medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook meals in line with dietary requirements and medical guidelines.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with dietitians and other catering staff to ensure optimal meal quality and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional cooking.
• Experience in healthcare or institutional catering is an added advantage.
• A strong understanding of nutrition, portion control, and food safety practices.
