Lotus Capital is a pioneer in non-interest finance in Nigeria and duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as Fund Managers. Over the last 16 years, we have consistently contributed towards the growth of non-interest finance in the Nigerian capital market, and also manage 3 mutual funds listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Lagos

Responsibitlies

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
• Build Datawarehouse for the entire company
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and Power BI compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Maintain databases and ensuring data integrity and security.

Competencies and Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree/HND in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience of at least four (4) years as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
• Basic Design Ability to ensure development of good report
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of Database security will be an added advantage Job Dimensions
