Job Title: Verification Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As our Verification Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our verification operations. 
• This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our recruitment and background check processes, ensuring that all client and internal verification standards are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the end-to-end verification process across all client engagements.
• Coordinate and assign verification tasks to the operations/verification team.
• Maintain a system for tracking verification progress and reporting key metrics.
• Develop and implement verification SOPs to standardize processes and improve turnaround time.
• Liaise with clients to understand verification needs and provide updates or clarification as required
• Review and validate verification reports before submission to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in background verification or compliance, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing firm.
• Prior experience leading a team or managing verification operations.
• Familiarity with local and international background check standards.

Salary
