Job Description

• The Barman is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. 
• This includes mixing drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take beverage orders.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu and drink specials.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and work areas throughout the shift.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Handle cash, operate the POS system, and process payments accurately.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor guest behavior and respond to any potential issues in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Barman preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
