Job Description

• We are on an evolutionary journey where we’re changing our story. We are looking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer to join our diverse team in our Company.
• This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and planning: Develop designs and plans for infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water treatment systems.
• Project management: Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Site management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with designs and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring project safety and minimizing delays.
• Technical analysis: Conduct technical analysis and calculations to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including designs, reports, and permits.
• Quality control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Continuous learning: Stay updated with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
What are we looking for?

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management Certification will be an advantage.
• Membership of relevant professional body (NSE etc)
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification relevant working experience.
• Candidate should have worked in a Construction Company or Project based organization.
• Computer Literacy and Knowledge.
• Good Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills.
• Patience, Decisiveness, Resourcefulness and Detailed-Oriented Meticulousness.
