Job Description
- The Head of Administration oversees the non-academic aspects of the institution, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
- This includes tasks like managing school facilities, budget, staff, and student records, as well as ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment.
Key Responsibilities and SOPs
Facility Management:
Budget Management:
- Overseeing the school's financial resources, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Staff Management:
- Handling administrative tasks related to staff, including recruitment, payroll, and professional development.
Student Records and Data:
- Managing student records, ensuring data privacy, and complying with relevant regulations.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensuring the school adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to safety, education, and data protection.
Communication and Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintaining effective communication with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, such as student discipline, emergency preparedness, and safety protocols.
Event Planning and Management:
- Organizing school events, such as school dances, fundraising activities, and parent-teacher conferences.
Technology Management:
- Managing the school's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of administrative processes and systems, and implementing improvements.
