Job Title: Marketing and Communication Lead - FMCG

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead - FMCG (Yogurt Production)
• This role involves developing and executing creative campaigns, influencer and physical marketing strategies, managing communications, and driving brand visibility across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), influencer activations, and physical marketing activities.
• Create engaging content for social media, email, and advertising platforms that align with brand goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence across platforms, including content calendars and analytics reporting.
• Lead product marketing efforts, including launches, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate and execute physical marketing efforts such as sampling, event activations, and retail promotions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business development goals.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or content strategy, preferably in FMCG or food production.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), and influencer marketing.
• Skilled in content creation (copy, visuals coordination, short-form content, etc.).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Surulere, Lagos.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
