Job Summary

• We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to support the growth and visibility of our yogurt brand through creative content, campaigns, and day-to-day execution of marketing activities. 
• This role requires someone who is digitally savvy, confident on and off camera, and can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. 
• The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, wellness, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Ideate and shoot short-form video content (e.g., reels, skits, product videos)
• Act as a visible and engaging face of the brand where needed
• Support influencer collaborations and local brand activations
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure product messaging is clear and impactful
• Assist in executing physical marketing efforts like sampling and community marketing
• Help monitor and report on campaign results and online engagement
• Contribute ideas for improving visibility, brand loyalty, and customer interaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or social media management
• Skilled in digital media tools (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Confident and creative both in front of and behind the camera
• Ability to develop engaging marketing content, especially for food & lifestyle audiences
• Knowledge of traditional marketing tools (flyers, activations, radio is a plus)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and execute tasks quickly
• Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Surulere, Lagos

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
