Job Title: Store Associate

Job Descriptions
  • Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining Stores in the state office as required.
  • Assist to maintain warehousing of pharmaceutical, laboratory and other healthcare commodities and equipment under ideal conditions and ambient temperatures.
  • Assist in the distribution of such commodities and equipment to sites. Maintenance of inventory records and the supervision of same at sites.
  • Ensure bin cards are updated at all times to document entry or exit of any items into lout of the store.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Ability
  • First degree in Business Management or related area with at least two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an HIV/AIDS program.
  • Proficiency in MS Access and Excel use. Be capable of challenging physical activities.
  • Be attentive to details.
  • Be capable of working with minimal supervision.
