Job Summary

• Our client seeks a visionary VP, Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide strategies around leadership development, succession planning, performance management, DEI, and workforce planning.
• This executive role partners with senior leadership to shape a high-performing and future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee leadership development and succession planning.
• Drive performance management frameworks and employee engagement.
• Integrate DEI into all talent initiatives.
• Lead talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Manage change initiatives and support organizational agility.
• Analyze talent metrics to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years in HR/talent roles, 5+ in executive leadership.
• Proven success in talent strategy, leadership dev, and change management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills.
