We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: À la carte Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and present the à la carte dessert and pastry menu professionally.
- Provide detailed descriptions of pastry items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate dessert and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
- Serve pastries and desserts promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dessert station and service area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any pastry-related requests or concerns.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pastries to maintain freshness and hygiene.
- Ensure timely and attractive presentation of à la carte pastry items, maintaining portion control and plating standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess FLSC / OND / HND qualifications with 1 - 2 years of experience.
Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
