- We are recruiting a smart, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- The ideal candidate will manage the front desk with professionalism and provide administrative support to various departments.
Job Description
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and patients
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain a tidy reception area
- Manage office supplies and support general administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field
- Must have completed NYSC 0-1 Year
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
Skill Set:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
