Job Description
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the travel industry.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven client base, with prior sales experience in a similar sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide personalised travel solutions based on client needs and preferences.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Must have an existing client base.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
