Job Title: Client Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you passionate about pets and customer service? Join our dynamic team at Petcare Animal Hospital as a Client Service Officer and help us provide exceptional care for our clients and their furry companions!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain accurate client records.
• Handle inquiries about hospital services, treatments, and products.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with client registration and onboarding of new patients.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for clients and their pets.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with veterinary and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience (preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Passion for pets and a basic understanding of animal care is an advantage.
