Job Title: Senior Client Service Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensuring high levels of clients satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifying and addressing potential issues to retain clients.
• Ensuring that client services are delivered to a high standard.
• Setting realistic expectations and managing client needs.
• Developing proposals and pitches to win new business.
• Analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities to meet those needs.
• Proving guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.

Education and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing or communications.
• Proven experience in client service, account management, or sales.
• MBA or related master's degree is an added advantage.
• Experience in leaading teams or managing client relationships
• Candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
