We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company’s goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, expenditures, and revenue performance.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, financial laws, and internal controls.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage and mentor the finance team to build a high-performing department.
• Assist in pricing, cost control, and financial analysis of hospitality operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like ICAN/ACCA is a strong advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
