We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insight into market trends.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles—preferably in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and high level of initiative.
• Familiarity with Lagos market dynamics and buyer behaviour is a strong advantage.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
