Job Title: Legal Officer
Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all contracts database / filing systems
- Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, governments, landlords of buildings occupied by the Company in various states, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in managing disputes and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary, and representing the organization in legal matters.
- Collaborates with the teams to implement the organization's legal strategy in alignment with the business goal.
- Prepare correspondences and follow up with the engagements with regulatory and compliance agencies.
- Assist with the administrative arm of the unit duties.
- Conduct legal research to stay informed about relevant laws and regulations, providing updates to the organization as necessary.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
