Job Summary

• The Program Manager - Grants & Projects oversees the planning, implementation, and reporting of funded programs and projects. This role ensures that all activities align with donor requirements, timelines, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of grant-funded programs and special projects.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and timelines for project execution.
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Support grant proposal development and donor reporting processes.
• Track deliverables, risks, and results to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing nonprofit grants and projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with donor compliance and M&E frameworks.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
