We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Process Service Quality Personnel

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor assigned processes, such as OLA, for efficiency and continual improvement.
• Work with an Auditor to audit assigned processes and reporting of findings.
• Ensure closure of audit findings (internal audit and process audit), including recommendations and any identified process gaps.
• Document, maintain, and update procedures and policies; and monitor implementation of assigned processes.
• Review existing processes, propose improvements and update business processes to meet changing business needs.
• Ensure prompt communication of approved documentation and management of the document tracker.
• Create communication design for company-wide awareness purposes.
• Ensure prompt update, tracking, analysis and reporting of the status of assigned business processes.
• Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by Superior Officers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have an HND / Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 4 years of experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
