Job Summary
- This role involves managing schedules, handling communication, assisting with inventory records, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager daily administrative tasks.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and reminders for meetings or deliveries.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Help coordinate staff schedules, training, and internal communications.
- Ensure documentation, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 0 - 1 year experience.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and attentive to detail.
