Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Supervisor with an architectural background to plan, organize, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site installations to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.
• Work with the installation team to maintain productivity, safety, and efficiency on-site.
• Help communicate project updates and address client concerns under the direction of the Project Supervisor.
• Observe and report on installation standards to support quality assurance efforts.
• Conduct daily performance reviews at the site and report back to the Project Supervisor on progress and challenges.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance delivery.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Architecture or any other relevant discipline
• 1–2 years' relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or architecture
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in project supervision and management.
