Job Summary

• We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Animal Groomers to join our grooming team. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with dogs and cats of various breeds and sizes, and possess a deep passion for animal welfare. 
• As an Animal Groomer at Petcare Animal Hospital, you will provide professional grooming services including bathing, hair trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and more - ensuring every pet receives gentle, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, shaving, nail trimming, and ear cleaning
• Handle pets with kindness, care, and patience to ensure a stress-free grooming experience
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and special care requirements
• Monitor pets for signs of skin issues, infections, or abnormalities and report concerns to veterinary staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, equipment, and the grooming area
• Keep detailed grooming records for each pet, including services rendered and behavior notes
• Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene protocols
• Work closely with veterinary staff and other departments to ensure coordinated pet care
• Comfort pets with gentle restraint techniques when necessary
