Job Title: Growth Strategist

Job Summary

• As the Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving our user acquisition, product growth, and market expansion strategies. While this role sits below C-level in title, it works directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape company-wide growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through testing and analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, partnerships, and operations, to drive aligned growth objectives.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and brand visibility.
• Use analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and guide decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth, marketing, product, or strategy roles, preferably in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful growth campaigns.
• Experience working in emerging markets or health-tech is a strong plus.

Salary
NGN400,000 per month.
