Job Description

• Our client provides logistics solutions to individuals and businesses by offering access to multiple courier services on our platform.
• We are seeking a Logistics Operations Associate who will be responsible for quality control and packaging onsite at our partner’s location.
• The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely updates of tracking numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on shipments and packaging.
• Regularly update shipments with tracking numbers.
• Serve as the communication link between courier partners and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports on daily and weekly activities.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the business's products or services.
• Achieve target quotas for set KPIs.
• Assist the Logistics Operations Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with productivity apps like Google Sheets.
• A mission-driven individual with solid judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
