Job Summary
- We are seeking a customer-centric, scientifically proficient Application Specialist (Life Sciences) to support Illumina genomic solutions in Anglophone West Africa.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and training to customers to drive Illumina adoption.
- Support application-related inquiries, from pre-sales demos to post-sales troubleshooting.
- Execute webinars, workshops, and user trainings to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to boost sales pipeline conversion and customer retention.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related field.
- Proven experience supporting NGS workflows, PCR, or Illumina platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer engagement and scientific training.
- Experience in CRM tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
