We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design user flows, interaction models, and information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve designs continuously.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design and visual design.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
