Qualification - Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
Experience/Skills: - 7 years experience in telecoms network operations management.
Responsibilities: - Fault isolation and monitoring of equipment through NMS (Network Management System).
- Monitor the network 24/7 and facilitate correction of carrier misalignment problems.
- Provide technical reactive/proactive service to customers reporting fault working within committed SLAs.
- Ensure clear records of work carried out are maintained.
