Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our vibrant team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze, interpret, and validate test results before reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for quality assurance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Participate in internal and external quality control programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with biosafety and quality management protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution.
• Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) or relevant body.
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in laboratory information systems and modern diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
