Job Title: Regional Marketing Execution Lead

Location: North, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • As the Regional Marketing Execution Lead North, you will play a key role in bringing our marketing strategies to life in the fragmented trade channel. 
  • You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of national and regional campaigns, while driving visibility and performance at the point of sale. 
  • Your mission is to translate marketing goals into impactful, on-ground actions that resonate with shoppers and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to the Sales team, providing marketing insights and execution support.
  • Define and implement the channel strategy for fragmented trade in the region.
  • Translate brand and channel goals into actionable plans and campaigns.
  • Lead the deployment of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and ensure alignment with Picture of Success (PICOS).
  • Support the launch of new products through tailored activation plans and pilot tests.
  • Monitor market trends and gather frontline insights through regular visits and sales team engagement.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of national and regional marketing programs.
  • Manage POSM inventory and ensure 100% utilization and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Communicate marketing programs clearly to the sales force using engaging formats (slides, videos, etc.).
  • Track performance, report outcomes, and share best practices across regions.
