Job Responsibilities
  • Within the framework of the DW stock management team, the Service holder performs and/or controls stock movements of Field operations, drilling and Completion materials within Company’s data system, and keeps clear records and documentation related to this activity, under the supervision of the Stock Management Superintendent.
  • The main ID system to be used is UNISUP (SAP application for Total subsidiaries worldwide).
  • Process stock issues for materials required by operations team, until physical handover to Logistics for delivery to field.
  • Control materials receptions and movements performed by reception and warehouse personnel.
  • Track materials returns from field or contractors, and perform relevant input in the data system: integration or reintegration, stock transfers, and issues to contractors when inspection, repair or assembly or tests are needed, in close coordination with Operations teams representatives.
  • Perform periodical stock inventory control of materials stored at the warehouse, pipe yard or contractors facilities, issue reports and follow subsequent actions as instructed by his hierarchy.
  • Follow materials storage conditions in coordination with Operations representatives and warehouse team, and initiate actions when inspection, repair and/or moving are needed.
  • Participate to internal and external audits, and take necessary actions as instructed by his hierarchy, for tracking materials, searching related documentation and processing regularisations.
  • Responsible for the promotion of Company safety, environment and quality
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including knowledge of Drilling, Field operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Procurement activities.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience with SAP / Materials Management (MM module)
  • Perfect command of written and spoken English. French spoken is appreciated
