Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the retail team.
• In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, delivering outstanding in-store experiences and assisting customers with their purchase decisions.
• You will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations from greeting customers to completing transactions.
• This role is ideal for individuals passionate about children’s fashion, providing excellent customer service, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner.
• Guide customers in selecting products, sizes, and styles that meet their needs.
• Clearly communicate product availability, promotions, and brand stories.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Promote new arrivals, seasonal sales, and special offers.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to enhance customer value.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment always.
• Participate in promotional activities outside the store, including flyer distribution and local marketing.
• Ensure product displays are attractive and merchandise is well-stocked.

Requirements

• Minimum of a WAEC/NECO certificate or equivalent
• 0 - 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion, particularly children’s wear, and commitment to retail excellence
• High level of reliability, integrity, and professionalism.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,400,000 Monthly.
