Hayat Kimya Nigeria Limited - The history of Hayat Holding goes back to 1937, challenging times when Turkey was taking its first steps towards industrialization. Initially working in the wholesale fabric business, the Kiğılı Family entered the manufacturing industry in 1967, when Yahya Kiğılı started manufacturing fabrics. In 1969, Mr. Kiğılı launched the Kastamonu integrated chipboard plant, and in 1987, he founded Hayat Kimya, thus entering the FMCG industry.

  • Responsible from HR Audit process and comply with ISO, OHSAS and other country standardisation certificate
  • Responsible form HR and Administration organizational structure and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years HR and Administration experience
  • University Degree (preferably Social Science, Phyhology Bachelor's Degree) Master Degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in English,
  • Production and Industrial Relations experience,
  • Min. 6 years team management experience
  • Has an experience all HR areas, union and collective bargaining,
  • Expert about Nigeria layout law
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Ability to think analytically,
  • Organization skills and flexible,
  • Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Have no restriction to travel.
