Requirements

• Candidates must possess a PhD Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning in a relevant field of the following: Special Education, Adult and Non-Formal Education, Theater Arts, Educational Psychology (preferably in Measurement and Evaluation); and Educational Technology;
• Candidates are required to have a minimum of Second Class Lower division in their First Degree
• Must have registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN); and
• Completed the National Youth Service or obtained Certificate of Exemption.

Salary Grade
CONPCASS 03.
