Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- HSE level 1-3 certificates
- Food safety and hygiene certificate
- Nebosh certificate would be an added advantage
- Relationship with Federal Government agencies concerning industry
- 5 - 10 years of industrial catering work experience
- Previous work experience with a similar industry
- Understanding menu and recipe interpretation
- A catering certificate would be an added advantage
- Good communication in the English language
- Multitasking to achieve results within specified timelines
- High level of organization and detail
- Catering hygiene standards application.
