Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious full-service commercial law firm. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
