Chemonics International, an international development firm based in Washington, D.C., seeks professionals for the anticipated USAID-funded Nigeria Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH) Project, a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Recognizing the window of opportunity to improve upon primary health care in Nigeria, this activity will contribute to state-level reduction in under-five and maternal mortality, and to increased capacity of health systems (public and private) to sustainably support access to primary health care. Chemonics will work closely with and support state governments, while strengthening their capacity in developing a robust plan for the health sector annually and provide support for its implementation.

Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher in International Relations, Public Health, Social Sciences, Management or a related field required
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing large ($ 10 - $50M) USAID contracts.
- Proven expertise managing large teams
- Deep familiarity with Nigeria's health system and its stakeholders at both national and international levels required
- Proven analytical and writing skills
