Project Summary
- MSH is currently preparing for an upcoming USAID- funded health system strengthening, maternal, new born and child health and family planning/reproductive health projects in Northern Nigeria.
Specific Responsibilities
- The Director of Monitoring and Evaluation oversees the design and daily management of the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities of the project including: maintaining a comprehensive plan for M&E implementation; planning and implementing project data collection, management, and analysis; planning and implementing M&E-related capacity-building activities for the project’s partners in order to improve statewide M&E-related practices; and overseeing and managing an M&E team to ensure the project’s data, reporting, and capacity-building needs are met.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in public health, development, statistics or related field and at least 8 years work experience in international public health programs.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior M&E manager in an international or donor organization providing leadership and technical direction to M&E activities.
