Reports to: Branch Manager / Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our dynamic team across multiple locations.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for driving retail banking product sales, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships to grow the bank’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bank’s retail products (savings accounts, current accounts, personal loans, debit/credit cards, etc.) to individuals and SMEs.
• Identify prospects and convert them into active customers through field engagement and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and assist them in using mobile and internet banking platforms.
• Represent the bank professionally at community events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Work closely with branch operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, FMCG, or telecoms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
