Job Summary

• Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and strengthen existing partnerships.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand customer base.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business strategies with service offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and client feedback.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a similar business development role, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N250,000 per month
