Key Objectives
- To provide specialist advice on Legal issues with the aim of enhancing and protecting Total's brand and preserving business assets.
- The holder will deliver quantity and cost effective legal support and ensure the effective management of legal and contractual risk.
Purpose of Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal Affairs Department.
- He/ She will provide Legal Advisory support to the various units, plants, depots and departments.
Candidate's Profile
- Knowledge of the Nigeria Laws/practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 15 years work experience with proven track record of contract negotiation, litigation and drafting
- LLB, BL
