Job Summary

• The Site Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, organizing, issuing, and maintaining records of materials and equipment on-site.
• The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools.
• Organize and store materials safely and efficiently to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movement, and usage.
• Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts and dispatches.
• Assist with periodic stocktaking and reconciliation.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods promptly to the site supervisor or procurement officer.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a store keeper, preferably in a construction or project site environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and store management procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory software/tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
