Job Title: Territory Coordinator

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The TC leads the field team, oversees sales operations, and ensures targets are met across assigned LGAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RMs and device officers.
• Drive account opening, loan bookings, and deposit mobilization through field engagement. Ensure effective product adoption and channel activation across assigned territories.
• Approve agent onboarding and deployment forms.
• Track performance metrics and provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate logistics and field operations.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and field team training.
• Ensure daily reporting compliance among team members.
• Manage dispute resolution between field agents and customers.
• Review and approve POS inventory requests.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of team management in a sales/field role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
