Federal Polytechnic, Monguno is a public polytechnic located in Monguno, Borno State. The Polytechnic was established in January 2021 by the Federal Government of Nigeria as the first federal polytechnic in Borno State. The establishment aimed to provide technical and vocational education in the region, addressing the lack of federal institutions in northeastern Nigeria. The polytechnic commenced with eight academic programs across three schools, offering courses in fields such as business administration, accountancy, agricultural science, and computer science.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a good Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in the Arts, Social Science or Humanities plus at least nine (9) years post qualification-cognate experience Or
• Master's Degree in the relevant discipline plus at least six (6) years post qualification cognate experience, or a relevant Doctorate Degree with at least three years post qualification cognate experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Applicants must possess the required academic and professional qualifications
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory.
• Applicants must be proficient in the use of ICT.
